Free Unlocks

Use the dropdown menu on our homepage to select your phone's brand and model. Your model not there? No problem, just contact us to see if we can get it added for you (it won't take long for us to let you know!). Then, proceed by choosing the country and provider to which your phone is currently unlocked. Not sure which? You may contact us for that too! Then, choose either the "get it free" or "buy now" option to view your cart.

Note, you may choose from our "alternate services," if they are available which may take more/less time, but are usually more expensive. Howevever, they will achieve the same end result.
 

Simply complete your order by adding your name and email address, and choosing the "get it free" or "buy now" option to proceed with checkout.

We are unable to start searching for an unlock code until your order (through TrialPay) has been completed. Make sure to check your inbox and/or junk email, as it will contain important order information, including the password required to process your code.

Using the email sent after your order, you will be able to login and process your unlock code by submitting your phone's IMEI (found by typing *#06# into your device, or by checking under the battery). You will also be asked to confirm your model and the provider to which your phone is currently locked, and whatever other information is required to unlock your specific phone. Please ensure this information is accuratee. If you have any queries, please contact us!

Please login to your account to check the process, and check your email (ensure that you check your junk) to see if the unlock code has been sent. You will also receive a link to the instructions that will show you how to unlock your phone. You will not need any software, unless otherwise stated (i.e. for iPhones, you will need an updated version of iTunes). Your phone will be permanently unlocked to be used with any network.
